The revolution of technology in every aspect of business has been propelled by the pandemic. The processes and solutions are becoming tech-reliant to minimise user effort and physical interactions.
So now the question arises, how does a business solution stand out in the race of technologically advanced solutions. Should it be faster, precise, engaging? Or does this all not matter if identifying human needs is not at the forefront of solution design. It might just be a very fast, modern, and energy-efficient train that is on the wrong track.
To ensure that emerging tech stands out, gets quickly adopted, and is engaged with, is to start with human needs. The excellence of technology is merely not enough, it must be designed to be human-centric.

UX methodologies define a pathway to identify how human beings interact with products and services. UX is a fundamental function. It's a process that begins with understanding the people for whom you're designing and ends with new solutions that are tailored to their specific requirements. Human-centered design is all about building a deep empathy with the people you’re designing for; generating tons of ideas, validating prototypes, iterating, and eventually putting your innovative new solution out in the world.
All branches of design such as CX design, Service design, Product design etc do share the same basics. What it is not about is creating an attractive UI or a flashy interaction.
It almost doesn’t matter how advanced the machine learning algorithms and AI are if they are not user friendly and support us (humans) and the decisions we make in our daily lives. Therefore to be meaningful and effective the product and services must be truly human-centric and approached with the user in mind.
